1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jj8 platform at jj8.bio (hereinafter "jj8", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including jj8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use jj8. If you access jj8 on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have authority to bind that third party to these Terms and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility

Use of jj8 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jj8 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and consent to jj8 verifying your age through reasonable means.

• You must not be registered on jj8's self-exclusion list or any national or third-party problem gambling exclusion register that covers jj8's services.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of jj8 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. jj8 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular territory. Pakistani users bear full responsibility for assessing the legality of online gaming under applicable local legislation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features on jj8, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one account on jj8. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same personal information or different details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances. jj8 employs identity verification procedures to detect duplicate registrations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify jj8 at [email protected] immediately. jj8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jj8 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via approved payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your jj8 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jj8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed identity and age verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed.
• You may only withdraw to payment methods you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• jj8 reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds, which are published in the platform's payment section and subject to change.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending additional verification if jj8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee or may be returned to the original payment method rather than being processed as a cash withdrawal.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets on jj8 are governed by jj8's Sportsbook Rules, which are published in the platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Game-specific rules apply to all casino games, slots, live dealer tables, and speciality games available on jj8. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and any game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail in respect of the relevant game.

jj8 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is placed in error, placed on a clearly erroneous price, or placed in circumstances that jj8 determines in good faith to represent manipulation, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or exploitation of system errors. Any winnings derived from voided bets will be removed from your account balance.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, game, and account tier. jj8 may adjust bet limits for individual accounts at its discretion, including where a player has been identified as a professional or advantage player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jj8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds.

Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds in your account. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. jj8 publishes wagering requirements clearly on each promotion's terms page.

jj8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or using automated systems — will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of jj8, engage in any of the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to jj8 at any point, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Using jj8 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to access or use another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other non-human tools to interact with jj8's platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players against jj8 or other users.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in jj8's systems. Any winnings derived from exploiting technical errors are void and must be returned.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions made through your jj8 account.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jj8 employees, contractors, or other users.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

jj8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players, including minors. jj8 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications reminding you of time spent on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use jj8's platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

jj8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of jj8 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jj8 account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jj8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jj8 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any part of its services at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

11. Amendments

jj8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jj8 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of jj8 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using jj8 and may request closure of your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jj8's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jj8's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable consumer protection legislation.
